Summary
LiteNetCheck does not require an account and the developer does not collect, sell, rent, or use your personal information for advertising or analytics. Network scans and saved device information are processed on your device.
Information the app handles
To provide its features, LiteNetCheck may handle local network details such as IP addresses, host names, hardware addresses, manufacturer names, response status, service ports, user-entered device names, web-interface addresses, lighting-network data, saved network profiles, and status history.
This information stays in the app’s local storage or in documents you choose to save or share. The developer does not receive it.
Diagnostics and analytics
LiteNetCheck does not include third-party advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, or analytics SDKs. Apple may provide aggregated App Store information to developers under Apple’s own privacy practices.
Local network access
LiteNetCheck requests Local Network access so it can discover devices and communicate with the addresses you select. Pings, service probes, embedded web pages, DNS lookups, and sACN traffic are directed to your local network or to destinations you explicitly enter.
Pages loaded in an embedded web view are provided by the device or address you open. Those destinations have their own privacy and security practices.
In-app purchases
LiteNetCheck Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The app receives product and entitlement information needed to complete, restore, and recognize a purchase. The developer does not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Saved devices, preferences, profiles, histories, and notification settings remain on your device until you edit them, remove them, delete their document, reset the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Files you export remain wherever you choose to save or share them.
Because the developer does not operate an account system or collect this information, there is no developer-held account record to request or delete.
Children’s privacy
LiteNetCheck is a general-purpose network utility. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when LiteNetCheck’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
